Girls Common Room

To ensure a comfortable and supportive environment for our female students, Government Degree College Poonch provides a dedicated Girls Common Room. This facility is designed to offer a private and relaxing space for female scholars during their leisure hours, fostering a sense of community and security within the campus.

Hostel Accommodation Details:

In addition to the common room, the college maintains separate residential wings for both Male and Female students. Accommodation is prioritized for students residing in non-commutable or far-off geographical regions.

Application Process: Interested candidates must submit a formal application on plain paper including their academic record.
Required Documentation: A valid Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) issued by the competent Revenue Authority (Tehsildar) is mandatory.
Selection Criteria: A specialized Hostels Committee conducts interviews to ensure fair and merit-based selection.
